Rigorous Inspection at Every Stage

Incoming Material Inspection

Each quartz ingot lot is tested by ICP-MS for metallic impurities and by FTIR for OH content. Lots not meeting specification are rejected before production begins.

In-Process Dimensional Check

Operators measure critical dimensions using calibrated micrometers, bore gauges, and CMM at defined intervals. Out-of-tolerance parts are quarantined immediately.

Surface & Optical Inspection

White-light interferometry (WLI), dark-field microscopy, and UV-visible spectrophotometry verify surface roughness, flatness, scratch-dig, and transmission compliance.

Helium Leak Test (where applicable)

Sealed and welded assemblies are tested by helium mass spectrometry. Acceptable leak rate: ≤ 1 × 10⁻⁹ Torr·L/s for vacuum-grade parts.

Final Cleanliness & Packaging

Semiconductor-grade parts are RCA-cleaned, particle-counted, and individually wrapped in cleanroom-grade film. Optical parts are packed in foam-lined, ESD-safe enclosures.

ISO 9001:2015

Full quality management system covering design, production, inspection, and delivery. Annual third-party audit.

ICP-MS Purity Analysis

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for 30+ elements. Detection limits in the sub-ppb range. Report issued per production lot.

CMM Dimensional Reports

3D coordinate measuring machine reports to GD&T callouts. Provided as standard for first articles and on request for production runs.

Material Traceability

Full batch records from raw ingot to shipped part. CoC and CoA documents included with every shipment.

Export Compliance

HS Code 7017.90 / 7020.00. Export documentation for all destinations. Dual-use classification support available on request.
